Amy Bell is the Community Sales Manager for Otero Signature Homes.She brings her experience of more than ten years, marketing luxury homes, to The Otero Group. In addition, Amy is a real estate agent in training and through The Otero Group, she is able to assist clients in the sale of their existing home, as well as in the purchase or build of their new home.

Having graduated with a B.A degree from Ohio State University where she studied English and Art, Amy says she made the perfect career choice to suit her outgoing creative personality. Born in Cleveland, Amy resides in Beachwood with her husband, their three children, and three dogs.

Amy really enjoys connecting with her clients, and considers it a privilege to help them find or build their new home. She has assisted families in building their dream homes in many of Northeast Ohio’s prestigious communities including: Signature of Solon, The Woods at Glencairn in Richfield, and Aberdeen at Stonewater Golf Course in Highland Heights. Amy has been honored with the Gold Award for consecutive years, with sales in excess of nine million dollars, by the National Association of Home Builders. It is her warm relaxed style, that encourages an easy exchange of ideas and helps her clients express their needs, wants, and desires for their “special” home.
